These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by UniStudy Pro Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any client (“you”, “Client”).

By purchasing or engaging any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

• UniStudy Pro – Educational Advisory Services
• UniStudy Pro Offshore – Offshore & Energy Compliance Services

2. Nature of Services

2.1 Educational Advisory Services

We provide:

• University application guidance
• Course selection support
• Documentation review
• Personal statement advisory
• Scholarship guidance
• Visa process overview (non-legal advisory)

We do not:

• Guarantee university admission
• Guarantee scholarship approval
• Guarantee visa approval
• Provide legal immigration services unless formally contracted

All final decisions are made by universities, immigration authorities, and scholarship bodies.

2.2 Offshore & Energy Services

We provide:

• Compliance auditing
• Certification gap analysis
• Documentation review
• Certification sequencing guidance
• Provider accreditation verification
• Strategic market positioning support

We do not:

• Guarantee employment
• Provide recruitment representation unless agreed in writing
• Guarantee offshore deployment
• Issue medical clearance
• Approve certification providers
• Provide tax or legal advice

All hiring and regulatory decisions are made by third parties.

3. Client Responsibility

You remain responsible for:

• Accuracy of information provided
• Independent booking of training and exams
• Payment of third-party fees
• Visa applications
• University submissions
• Job applications
• Maintaining valid documentation

We are not responsible for third-party decisions.

4. Third-Party Fees

Training, medical exams, visa fees, university fees, accommodation, travel, and government charges are not included in our service fees.

All such payments are made directly to the relevant external organisations.

We do not collect or control third-party payments.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee:

• Admission to any university
• Visa approval
• Employment or contract placement
• Scholarship awards
• Certification success
• Interview success

Outcomes depend on third-party institutions beyond our control.

6. Service Commencement & Refund Policy

By making payment, you request immediate commencement of bespoke advisory services.

A service is considered commenced once:

• A confirmation email has been issued, and
• Internal review or preparation has begun.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, once a service has commenced, fees are non-refundable except as stated in our published Refund Policy.

Digital content, once accessed, is non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service purchased.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Loss of income
• Missed opportunities
• Third-party delays
• Government policy changes

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for service delivery.

10. Professional Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in cases of:

• Abusive behaviour
• Fraudulent information
• Misrepresentation
• Harassment

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The version in force at the time of purchase applies to your service.
