SERVICE AGREEMENT

UniStudy Pro Ltd (trading as UniStudy Pro & UniStudy Pro Offshore)

1. Scope of Services

UniStudy Pro Ltd provides structured advisory and compliance services across two divisions:

• UniStudy Pro – Educational Advisory Services
• UniStudy Pro Offshore – Offshore & Energy Compliance Services

Services may include documentation review, certification pathway guidance, compliance validation, strategic market preparation, and application structuring.

We do not:

• Guarantee employment or contract placement
• Guarantee university admission
• Guarantee visa approval
• Provide recruitment representation unless agreed in writing
• Provide tax, legal, or immigration advice
• Issue medical clearance
• Authorise certification providers

All employment, admission, certification, medical, immigration, and regulatory decisions remain solely with third parties.

2. Nature of Services

All services are advisory and administrative in nature.

The Client remains responsible for:

• Accuracy of information provided
• Independent booking of training or medical services
• Payment of all third-party fees
• Submission of university or job applications
• Maintaining valid certification and documentation
• Compliance with employer or institutional requirements

3. Third-Party Providers

All training centres, universities, medical clinics, certification bodies, and employers are independent third parties.

UniStudy Pro Ltd is not responsible for:

• Provider refusal of service
• Certification failure
• Admission rejection
• Visa refusal
• Employer rejection
• Policy changes
• Delays caused by external organisations

All third-party payments are made directly by the Client.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

We make no guarantee of:

• Employment
• Contract placement
• Offshore deployment
• University admission
• Scholarship award
• Visa approval
• Interview success

All outcomes depend on third-party decisions beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific programme purchased.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of income
• Missed opportunities
• Third-party financial losses
• Travel or accommodation costs

6. Service Commencement & Refund Policy

By making payment, the Client expressly requests immediate commencement of bespoke advisory services.

A service is considered commenced upon issuance of the Service Commencement Email confirming activation and allocation of professional resources.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding bespoke and personalised services, once the Commencement Email has been issued, fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the published Refund Policy.

Digital services are considered commenced regardless of final delivery status.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.

Data is stored securely and retained only as necessary for service delivery.

8. Professional Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund in cases of:

• Abusive behaviour
• Fraudulent information
• Misrepresentation
• Harassment

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Acceptance

By proceeding with payment or written confirmation, the Client confirms that:

• They have read and understood these Terms
• They accept the defined scope and limitations of services

Foundation Pathway – Offshore Entry Readiness & Independent Roadmap

Programme Scope

The Foundation Pathway provides:

• Document-based eligibility assessment
• Compliance and documentation audit
• Training gap identification
• Certification sequencing overview
• Eligibility risk indicator

This programme provides structured analysis only.

It does not include:

• Booking management
• Provider coordination
• CV restructuring
• Recruitment submission
• Visa processing

Completion of Service

Service is considered complete upon delivery of the written assessment.

ADDENDUM B

Strategic Pathway – Managed Offshore Compliance Implementation

Programme Scope

The Strategic Pathway provides:

• Compliance revalidation
• Personalised certification sequencing plan
• Provider accreditation review
• Module-level validation
• Medical sequencing advisory
• Qualification documentation review
• Pre-application compliance confirmation

This programme provides administrative oversight only.

It does not include:

• Employment guarantee
• Recruitment representation
• Visa services
• Medical diagnosis

Completion of Service

Service concludes upon issuance of compliance confirmation.

ADDENDUM Z

Elite Deployment – Advanced Offshore Market Launch Programme

Programme Scope

Includes all elements of Addendum A and B plus:

• Full CV repositioning
• LinkedIn optimisation
• Targeted market entry strategy
• Interview preparation framework
• Structured launch support (up to 90 days)

This programme provides strategic market preparation only.

No employment guarantee is provided.

Completion of Service

Service is considered complete upon conclusion of the structured launch period.
